Discover the Heart of Yogi Institute
Become Your Safe Space.
At Yogi Institute, we believe yoga is more than something you practice. It's a relationship with yourself.
Whether you arrive here looking for movement, healing, education, community, or a new direction, our hope is the same—that through consistent practice and meaningful connection, you begin to discover the real you and become your own safe space.
Our Mission - Become Your Safe Space
At Yogi Institute, our mission is to help people become their own safe space through yoga, education, mentorship, and community.
We believe that lasting transformation begins with the relationship we cultivate with ourselves. Through consistent practice, compassionate guidance, and meaningful connection, we create space to move with greater confidence, resilience, and authenticity—both on and off the mat.
Whether you're beginning your yoga journey, becoming a teacher, deepening your education, or simply seeking a place where you feel supported, you belong here.
Our hope is that every class, training, conversation, and retreat brings you one step closer to discovering the real you.
What We Believe - Our Philosophy
Everything we offer at Yogi Institute is guided by a simple belief: yoga is more than something we practice. It is a way of relating to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.
We believe belonging comes before achievement.
You don't need to be more flexible, more experienced, or have everything figured out before you begin. You belong exactly as you are.
We believe growth happens through consistency, not perfection.
Transformation isn't found in a single class or a single breakthrough. It is created through the small moments when we continue showing up for ourselves with compassion and curiosity.
We believe mentorship matters because people matter.
Learning is most meaningful when we feel seen, supported, and encouraged. Whether you're attending a class or completing a teacher training, you'll never be just another student.
We believe yoga extends far beyond the mat.
The awareness we cultivate in practice shapes the way we breathe through challenges, communicate with others, care for ourselves, and move through everyday life.
We believe every person has something valuable to offer.
Whether your path leads you to teaching, personal healing, leadership, or simply living with greater presence, we believe your unique experience has the power to positively impact the world around you.
Our Story - How Yogi Institute Began
Yogi Institute began with a simple hope: to create a place where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to discover who they truly are.
Like many people, my journey with yoga didn't begin because I wanted to become a teacher. It began because I was searching for something deeper—a way to reconnect with myself during seasons of change, uncertainty, and growth. What started as a personal practice gradually transformed into a way of living.
When I began teaching, I quickly realized that the most meaningful moments weren't about mastering a posture. They were the conversations after class, the quiet breakthroughs, and watching students discover a confidence they didn't know they had.
That realization became the foundation of Yogi Institute.
Over the past five years, our community has grown to include students from around the world, offering online yoga classes, teacher trainings, continuing education, mentorship, retreats, and a supportive community that reaches beyond geography and time zones.
While our offerings have grown, our purpose has remained the same: to help people discover the real version of themselves and become their own safe space.

Hi, I'm Jill.
For me, yoga has never been about becoming someone different. It has been about remembering who I already am.
That understanding continues to shape every class I teach, every training I create, and every conversation I have with students. My greatest joy isn't simply certifying yoga teachers—it's witnessing people grow into themselves with greater confidence, self-awareness, and authenticity.
Over the years, I've immersed myself in yoga, wellness modalities, functional nutrition, mindfulness, business development, and personal growth because I believe that learning never ends. Every experience has strengthened one simple truth: lasting transformation happens when we consistently choose to return to ourselves with compassion.
Whether we meet through a class, teacher training, Compass, a retreat, or simply through one of your questions, my hope is that you leave feeling more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
I'm honoured that you're here, and I look forward to being part of your journey.
Jill's Becoming- A Personal Journey to the Self
If you've found your way here, perhaps you're curious not only about what I teach, but also about what has shaped me.
The truth is, I don't believe I became who I am through certifications alone. I became who I am through asking questions. Questions like...
Who am I beneath my conditioning?
Why do I react the way I do?
How do I heal?
How do I love more fully?
What does it truly mean to live authentically?
Those questions have guided my life for decades.
Long before I became a yoga teacher, I was a student of self-awareness.
When I was around ten years old, my mom introduced me to the work of Anthony Robbins. Looking back, I didn't realize it then, but she was planting seeds that would shape the course of my life. By eighteen, I enrolled in my first transformational personal development program, and something awakened inside me. I realized that the most fascinating journey I could ever take wasn't around the world—it was inward.
That curiosity has never left me.
Over the years I've explored many paths of healing and self-discovery. I've attended Vipassana silent meditation retreats, studied Reiki, explored the Emotion Code, participated in Ayahuasca healing ceremonies, attended seminars with Abraham Hicks and Anthony Robbins, and immersed myself in countless books, courses, conversations, and experiences that invited me to know myself more deeply.
Every teacher offered something valuable. Every experience changed me.
But through every season of my life, one practice remained.
Yoga.
Yoga first entered my life in 2010 during one of my own seasons of heartbreak. Like so many people, I came to the mat searching for healing. What I discovered was much more than physical movement.
Yoga became a practice of learning to stay with myself. It helped me become more aware of my thoughts, my emotions, my patterns, my fears, and eventually, my strengths. It taught me that healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you've always been beneath the noise.
That understanding continues to shape both my life and my teaching today.
As my own practice deepened, so did my desire to share it with others. Teaching became far more than leading classes. It became an opportunity to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and safe enough to explore their own inner world.
That vision eventually became Yogi Institute.
Today, whether someone joins us for a single class, a teacher training, a retreat, or a conversation through Compass, my hope is always the same:
That they leave feeling more connected to themselves than when they arrived.
Because when we become our own safe space, everything else begins to change.
"Yoga became a gateway into myself. The deeper that relationship became, the deeper every other relationship in my life became."
