Teacher Training Programs (RYS 200 / 300 / 500)
-
RYS 200: A foundational 200-hour yoga teacher training focused on the essentials of teaching.
RYS 300: An advanced 300-hour training for 200-hour certified instructors designed to deepen your practice and teaching skill leading to becoming a registered 500 hour instructor (RYS 500).
RYS 500: A comprehensive pathway that combines RYS 200 + RYS 300 (the full 500-hour journey).

How Do I Know If This Is “Working”? (Yoga Progress)
Progress in yoga can be subtle—awareness is key. You may notice shifts emotionally (more patience, perseverance, contentment), physically (mobility, flexibility, strength, ease in everyday movement), or in your overall wellbeing (digestion, sleep, communication). Yoga isn’t always measurable like weight lifting or sports. If you’re open to seeing the shifts, they will reveal themselves.
Yogi Institute Philosophy
The Yogi Institute philosophy is that some form of yoga can be practiced daily—and should be practiced daily—to live a healthy, fulfilled, joyful life. That’s why the weekly schedule includes physically challenging practices, mentally challenging practices, and relaxing practices that soothe your nervous system and help you connect more deeply to your heart and higher self. This is a wellness system, and as your commitment deepens, transformation occurs.
