✓ Attend office hour sessions

✓ Submit a recorded teaching evaluation — a 45–70 minute yoga or meditation class of your choice (required for some programs)

Most students complete 10-hour programs in 1–2 weeks, 25-hour programs in 3–4 weeks, and 50–75-hour programs in 1–3 months. But there's no deadline — go at your pace.
