How Yoga 300 Works

  • Pick the plan that fits your goals — group support for community and accountability, or 1:1 coaching for personalized career guidance. You get immediate access to your current module.

  • Each month, a new module unlocks on the 1st. Watch practicum videos, learn from industry professionals, practice on the mat, and download your module manual in the app or web portal.

  • Join weekly group office hours and monthly masterminds on Zoom. Ask questions, connect with your cohort, and get real-time feedback from Jill. (1:1 coaching students also get a private monthly session.)

  • Submit your final assignments, teaching evaluations, and written exams for each module. Once all 300 hours and requirements are complete, you earn your Yoga Alliance RYS 300 certification.

  • If you feel called, trust it—you’ve found what you need. This course is especially useful if you’ve been away from training for a while.

  • This is a self-paced training inside a structured 12-month framework. A new module unlocks on the 1st of each month, and you complete the lessons and assignments at your pace.

    If you start after the cycle has begun, you’ll still join the current cohort and follow the same monthly flow moving forward. You will complete the month you joined making it a 12 month program that rolls into the following year.

  • It’s both (hybrid):

    • On-demand lessons + manuals inside the Yogi Institute App (self-paced)

    • Monthly module launch, Weekly group office hours and Daily 1:1 Daily Tea Time on Zoom (live support)

  • Yes. You must hold a completed 200-hour yoga teacher certification to enroll.

  • Each module is a different length. The kundalini 75 is the largest module bing completed over a 40 day period with a daily practice and lesson. All other modules are 50-10 hours in length. The number in the title of the module in the number of hours.

    Example: Yin 25=25 hours

    Though you work at your own pace, the goal is to complete 1 module per month.

    • Group Support: monthly module launch + weekly office hours + daily tea time + community accountability.

    • 1:1 Coaching Support: everything in Group Support plus private monthly coaching with Jill (career strategy, business growth, mindset, and personalized guidance).

  • The mission of Yogi Institute is to help students cultivate a deeper, more conscious relationship with themselves. This inner work may naturally lead some to teaching while others simply continue their personal practice; regardless, the primary aim is not merely to train instructors but to foster self-knowledge and authentic presence.
