Yoga 200 Curriculum

Every module 1, the physical, is specialized to the specific type of yoga you choose to study.

Module 2 and 3 stay the same no matter which you choose.

Course Options

  1. Vinyasa: improves flexibility, mobility and stability in the body. Great for creating flow of movement for beginner and advanced sequences.

  2. Yin + Restorative: gentlest yoga certification. This style is mainly done on the floor using props. Great for teaching beginners, teaching aging bodies, and more relaxed yoga classes.

  3. Strength/Scuplt: perfect for teachers who want to teach yoga classes focused on the physical aspect of yoga to build functional strength and tone muscles.

  4. Kundalini: spiritual/transformative yoga. Great for teaching spiritual development through physical movement, meditation and breath practices.
