International Day of Yoga: A Love Letter to the Practice That Changed My Life
Yoga has been the golden thread weaving together every season of my life—guiding me through moments of joy, challenge, and profound transformation. On this International Day of Yoga, I find myself reflecting with deep gratitude on how this practice has shaped not only my own journey, but also the lives of the incredible students and teachers I’ve had the privilege to walk alongside. From my first hesitant steps onto the mat to the countless stories of growth I’ve witnessed in our community, yoga continues to reveal itself as a source of connection, healing, and joy. This is my love letter to the practice, and to everyone who shares it with me.
