Kundalini 75
Discover the Yoga of Awareness
Grounded. Accessible. Transformational.
Explore the practices of Kundalini Yoga through breath, movement, mantra, meditation, and self-awareness in a way that honours the tradition while creating space for your own beliefs, experiences, and personal growth.
Whether you're looking to deepen your practice or expand your teaching, this certification offers a welcoming introduction to one of yoga's most transformative paths.
Why Yogi Institute's Approach is Different
Kundalini Yoga has the potential to be one of the most transformative practices within yoga.
For some people, it is also one of the most intimidating.
Many trainings are rooted in a specific lineage or belief system. While we deeply respect the history and traditions of Kundalini Yoga, we also believe these practices can be experienced without asking students to adopt a particular identity, philosophy, or worldview.
At Yogi Institute, we teach Kundalini Yoga through the lens of awareness.
Our focus is helping you understand the practices, experience them safely, and discover how they can support your own life, regardless of your background, faith, or personal beliefs.
We don't ask you to become someone else.
We help you become more fully yourself.
Two Different Course Pathways
Still unsure?
If you're new to yoga teaching and want Kundalini to become the foundation of your education, the Yoga 200 Kundalini is the ideal place to begin.
If you're already a yoga teacher—or simply want to immerse yourself in Kundalini without committing to a full 200-hour program—the Kundalini 75 offers a flexible way to deepen your practice and teaching.
This Training May Be Right for You If...
✓ You're curious about Kundalini Yoga but want a grounded, welcoming introduction.
✓ You're a yoga teacher looking to confidently integrate Kundalini practices into your existing classes.
✓ You appreciate tradition while valuing the freedom to interpret your own spiritual path.
✓ You're seeking practices that cultivate greater awareness, resilience, and nervous system regulation.
✓ You're considering the Yoga 300 and want to begin with its largest specialty certification.
Continue Your Journey
Many of our students begin with the Kundalini 75 because they want to explore the practice before committing to advanced study.
For those who fall in love with Kundalini Yoga—and many do—this certification becomes the first step toward our Yoga 300 Advanced Teacher Training.
Because the Kundalini 75 represents 75 of the required 300 training hours, graduates have already completed one of the program's largest specialty modules.
It's a beautiful way to begin your advanced education while discovering whether the Yoga 300 is the right next step.
Course Structure
One of the most powerful aspects of this training is its emphasis on consistency.
Rather than rushing through the material, you'll complete the program over a 40-day journey, creating space to build a meaningful daily Kundalini practice while gradually integrating the teachings into your life.
The Kundalini 75 Continuing Education Certification is the complete 40-day journey.
For students enrolled in the Yoga 200 Kundalini Teacher Training, this same experience serves as Module 1 of the program.
Each day includes a combination of practice and learning designed to fit into real life.
During your 40 days you'll experience:
42 guided video sessions
Daily Kundalini Yoga practices
Lectures ranging from 10-70 minutes
Bite-sized lessons that can often be enjoyed while walking or during everyday activities (when safe)
Longer practices and deeper study throughout the program
A downloadable training manual
Community support through Tea Times and Office Hours
Our intention isn't simply to help you finish a course.
It's to help you establish a practice that continues long after the 40 days are complete.
A Flexible Learning Experience
Life doesn't always fit neatly into a schedule.
While the program is designed to be experienced over 40 consecutive days, there is no deadline to complete the training.
Once you've completed your 40-day journey, you may submit your certification requirements whenever you're ready.
We believe lasting transformation happens through integration—not pressure.
What You'll Learn

The purpose and benefits of the practice

This certification will prepare you to teach kundalini kriya, to do kriya analysis to generate modifications and to design full kundalini class experiences. You will build kundalini yoga classes with opening, warm up, meditation, breathwork, kriya and closing.
Yogi Institute Response to the "Breath Of Fire" Kundalini Yoga Docu-Series
Yogi Institute acknowledges the significant discussions raised by the "Breath Of Fire" docu-series concerning the origins and practices of Kundalini Yoga in the United States, particularly those associated with Yogi Bhajan and Guru Jagat. We want to clarify that while we offer Kundalini Yoga as part of our diverse curriculum, we have no affiliation with Yogi Bhajan, Guru Jagat, or the 3HO organization.
We are deeply appalled by the actions and beliefs attributed to Yogi Bhajan as presented in the series. These actions do not align with our values or the principles we uphold at Yogi Institute. Our commitment is to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all our students.
Despite the controversies, Jill Enticknap, our founder and lead trainer, has personally experienced and witnessed the transformative benefits of Kundalini Yoga in herself and her students. Guided by these positive outcomes, Yogi Institute has developed an evolved physical version of Kundalini Yoga that emphasizes personal growth, well-being, and authenticity.
Our Kundalini Yoga teacher training certification is entirely separate from 3HO and Yogi Bhajan, focusing on a modern and inclusive approach. We remain dedicated to fostering a community where yoga is accessible and beneficial for everyone, free from the constraints of past affiliations.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we continue to evolve and uphold the integrity of our teachings.
Personal note from our founder, Jill Enticknap:
Watching this series was a deeply jarring experience. I was shocked and profoundly disgusted by the revelations concerning the origins of Kundalini Yoga in the West. The abuse of power and the manipulation uncovered are completely unacceptable and should never be tolerated. My heart goes out to all those who have been negatively impacted by these events.
Despite these unsettling truths, I want to make it clear that I have never been directly affiliated with 3HO or any of its teachers. In the current Kundalini 75 Certification program one of the textbooks is called KRIYA which is authored by Yogi Bhajan and derived from physical practices he created as are most kundalini kriyas. I am consciously choosing to keep this textbook in the training at this time as it is not a study or focus on the man, but of the movements, meditations and breath.
I am committed to offering Kundalini Yoga in a transformative and inclusive manner, rooted in love and awareness. This practice has brought benefits to my life and those of my students, and after careful reflection, I am resolved to continue teaching it in an evolved way.
I understand and respect those who choose to distance themselves from Kundalini Yoga due to these revelations. However, I believe in the potential for this practice to heal and empower when taught with integrity and compassion. My dedication remains to provide a safe and supportive environment for all who wish to explore the profound benefits of different forms of yoga.
With heartfelt compassion and unwavering commitment,
Jill Enticknap

Note From Jill
One of the reasons I created this training was because I met so many people who were deeply curious about Kundalini Yoga but didn't feel they belonged.
Some worried they needed to adopt beliefs that weren't their own.
Others loved the practices but felt disconnected from the dogma that sometimes surrounds them.
I wanted to create a different kind of training.
One that honours the roots of Kundalini Yoga while inviting each student to explore the practice through their own lived experience.
My hope is that you leave not trying to become someone else, but feeling more connected to who you've been all along.
— Jill
